Step 1 Analysis
This involves us gaining an understanding of you and your business needs, desired outcomes and success criteria. We do this through detailed communications which can be a written brief, face to face meetings, telephone conversations, conference calls, Teams… or as is usual a combination of the above. Once we have your full brief we will then confirm all details and requirements in writing.
Step 2 Design
At this stage we fully identify your key success criteria and create an engaging and inspiring programme that will fully meet your needs without breaking the budget. Design is carried out in partnership with you, so that you are part of the process throughout and feel fully consulted on all aspects of the intervention.
Depending upon the event venue and location we may provide 2 or 3 options for you to consider, so that the final decision is yours.
We will keep in regular touch, and make sure you are informed of arrangements.
Step 3 Delivery
By this stage we will have designed and agreed a learning intervention that is engaging, innovative, highly memorable, with the correct level of challenge for all participants.
We can work onsite or offsite at specially selected locations. We may use theories, models and psychometric analysis on which to build understanding of individuals’ experiences.
We are passionate about achieving your desired outcomes. As such every programme or event is led by a highly experienced business facilitator, who will have been involved in your event at the planning stage. Depending upon the type of event and number of delegates involved they may be supported by other experienced facilitators and qualified technical support staff as required.
Step 4 Evaluation
Should you wish to measure the success of the programme or event, this will be determined from the outset. Through existing business methods, we can provide a real insight into the success of the programme in terms of behaviour change and business results.
